Is it really hand-painted? Yes. A real human artist paints every portrait by hand from your photo. We never use auto-generated images — the whole point is that a person made it.
How long does it take? About 3 weeks from your approved photo to your door, which is normal for original hand-painted work. We'd rather get it right than rush it.
What photo should I send? A clear, straight-on daytime photo of the front of the home works best. We'll reach out if we need a better angle before painting.
Do I get to see it before it ships? Always. You approve a photo of the finished painting before we ship, and we'll make reasonable adjustments so you love it.
What sizes do you offer? The Petite (11x14), The Classic (16x20), and The Heirloom (24x30).
I'm a realtor — do you do closing gifts? Yes. Our 8x10 portraits make a perfect closing gift, available in 5- and 10-packs. Send an address as each deal closes and we ship it with your gift card enclosed.
